How to add tags in a bulk send?

Tags act as labels that can be added to bulk send documents for better organization and management. By filtering based on these tags, you can easily locate the specific bulk send document you need. You can assign different tags to each document using a CSV file, making it easier to customize, track, and monitor the progress of a certain group of documents or recipients.
Adding tags to a CSV file while creating the bulk send
Follow the steps below to add tags while creating the bulk send:
- Click
Create New
and select theCreate New Bulk Send
option.
- You will be taken to the Prepare Bulk Send page.
- Click on the
Browse Templates
option in the template section and choose a template to use for the signature request. - In the
Download Sample CSV
section, select Tags and other fields you want to be included in the CSV file, and click theDownload sample CSV
button.
- Add the recipient details and the tag you want to use for filtering out the document.
- Save the CSV file and upload it using the
Upload Recipient data CSV
option.
- After the CSV file has been verified, you can add tags in the Tags field under Document Settings. Tags added here will apply to all the bulk send documents.
- Once the bulk send setup is complete, proceed to send the documents out for signing.
Organizing bulk send documents using tags
Follow the steps below to organize the bulk send documents based on the tags.
- Click on
My Bulk Send
on theBulk Send
menu to go to the My Bulk Send page. - On the My Bulk Send page, double-click on the bulk send to view the tags assigned to each document.
- You can also organize your bulk send documents using the Advanced Filter option, which allows you to display all documents associated with the selected tag.
