How do I manage the documents in drafts folder in the mobile application?

In BoldSign, you can save documents in-progress or incomplete during preparation as drafts using the BoldSign mobile app. These drafts are stored in the “Drafts” folder, allowing you to edit and finalize them later before sending for signature.
Saving the document as draft
- On the Dashboard page, tab the
+symbol at in the bottom navigation bar and select theCreate New Documentoption. - On the Upload Document screen, upload the document you want to send for a signature request, then click
Continue.
- To include recipients, tap the
Add Recipientbutton at the bottom. - In the Add Recipients screen, enter the recipient’s name and email, then tap
Add Recipientto include the recipient. - You can repeat this process to include multiple recipients. Then, tap the
Nextbutton. - On the Prepare Document screen, you can add CC recipients if necessary. Under the Document Settings section, you can customize options such as
Allow Signers to ReassignandAuto Reminderto fit your requirements. - Tap
Save Changesto apply orCancelto return to the previous screen.
- If you wish to pause and resume later, tap the
Save as draftoption. To continue working on the document, select theConfigure Fieldsbutton to customize signer fields.
- On the Configure Fields page, add all required fields.
- If you wish to pause creating the document so you can resume later, tap
Continue. - In the
Document Actionsmenu, choose theSave as Draftoption to save your progress and return to it later.
Manage the documents in drafts
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) and select the
Documentsoption. - From the
Documentsmenu, choose the Drafts option. - Your draft documents will be listed on this page.
- To send a draft document, click on the desired document to open it.
- Make any necessary changes, then click the
Send documentbutton to send it for signature. - Once a draft is sent, it will be removed from the Drafts folder.
- To delete a draft, click the
Deleteicon at the right end of the required document. - The draft will be permanently removed and cannot be restored once deleted.
