What are the supported BoldSign triggers and actions in Power Automate?
In Power Automate, triggers and actions work together to create workflows that automate processes and integrate different apps. A trigger initiates a workflow when a specific event occurs, while actions are tasks performed as a result of the trigger event.
Supported triggers
The following triggers are available in BoldSign:
Document Sent:
Triggers when a document is sent to a signer.Document Signed:
Triggers when a document is signed by a recipient.Document Completed:
Triggers when all signers have completed signing a document.Document Declined:
Triggers when a signer declines a document.Document Revoked:
Triggers when a document is revoked.Document Reassigned:
Triggers when a document is reassigned to a different signer.Document Expired:
Triggers when a document reaches its expiration date.AuthenticationFailed:
Triggers when signer authentication fails.DeliveryFailed:
Triggers when document delivery fails.SendFailed:
Triggers when a document fails to send.TemplateSendFailed:
Triggers when sending a document using a template fails.DraftCreated:
Triggers when a draft document is created.
When setting up a workflow, you can select any of the above triggers. Based on the selected trigger, BoldSign fetches relevant details to perform associated actions.
For instance, if you select the Document Completed trigger, details of the completed document will be fetched from BoldSign. You can then set up an action to automatically store the signed document in a OneDrive, Dropbox, or SharePoint folder.
Supported action
BoldSign supports the following actions in Power Automate:
Download AuditTrail:
Download audit trail of a completed document.Download Document:
Download a completed document.Get document status:
Retrieve the current status of a document.Send Document using template with recipient:
Automatically create and send a document for signature using a BoldSign template when a specific condition is met in another app.
For instance, you can create a workflow where a BoldSign signature request is sent automatically when a Google Form is submitted. Once a form is submitted, recipient details are fetched and used to generate a document using a BoldSign template. The generated document is then sent to the recipient for signing, and you can view the sent document in your BoldSign account.
