How to upload newly signed documents to Box using Power Automate?

By using BoldSign integrations in Power Automate, you can automate the process of uploading newly signed documents directly to Box. This ensures all your signed documents are organized in one central location. In this integration, BoldSign acts as the trigger app, and Box serves as the action app.

Follow the steps below to upload newly signed documents to Box:

  • Go to the Power Automate website and create an account if you do not have one.
  • Once you’ve logged into Power Automate, navigate to the Connections menu. Search for BoldSign and connect it to Power Automate by adding it as a connection.

  • Then, click Create and go to My flows, then select New flow to begin building your workflow.

  • The designer page will open. Disable the New designer button.

  • On the trigger setup page, select BoldSign as the trigger app.

  • Next, select a Webhook event as Completed to trigger the workflow whenever a document is completed. Then click the New step button to proceed.

  • Set BoldSign as the action app and select Download Document as the action.

  • Map the document ID in the Document ID field and click the New step button to move to the next action.

  • In the operations section, select Box as the action app.

  • Then choose Create file as the action to upload newly signed documents to Box.

  • Configure Box parameters by entering details in the Folder Path, File Name and File Content fields.

  • Then click the Save button to finalize the integration.
  • Your workflow is now ready. Whenever a document is completed in BoldSign, it will automatically upload to the specified folder in Box.
