How to create tasks in Todoist when new document is sent out for signature in BoldSign?

Using the BoldSign integration with Power Automate, you can automatically create a task in Todoist whenever a new document is sent for signature through BoldSign. In this workflow, BoldSign functions as the trigger app, and Todoist serves as the action app.
Follow the below steps to create tasks in Todoist when new documents are sent for signature using Boldsign:
- Open Power Automate and sign up for an account if you don’t already have one.
- Navigate to the
Connections
menu and add BoldSign as a connection to link your BoldSign account with Power Automate.
- Click on
Create
, go toMy flows
, and selectNew flow
to start creating your flow. - A Designer page will open. Disable the
New designer
button to continue.
- You will be taken to the trigger setup page. Choose
BoldSign
as the trigger app.
- Then choose a Webhook event as
Sent
and click theNew step
button.
- You will be directed to the Action page. Choose
Todoist
as the action app.
- Choose action as
Create a task
.
- On the Create a task section, map the
Title
field with the title of your task. - Then click the
Save
button and test your flow.
- Now, whenever a document is sent out for signature in BoldSign, a task will be automatically created in Todoist.
