How to get notified via Slack when new documents are sent in BoldSign?

By integrating BoldSign with Slack through Power Automate, your team will receive real-time Slack notifications whenever new documents are sent for signature in BoldSign. This ensures they remain informed and can take any necessary actions without delay.

Follow the below steps to get notified via Slack when new documents are sent for signature:

• Login in to Power Automate or sign up for an account if you don’t already have one.
• Navigate to the Connections menu and add BoldSign as a connection to link your BoldSign account with Power Automate.

• Click on Create, go to My flows, and select New flow to start creating your flow.
• A Designer page will open. Disable the New designer button to continue.

• You will be taken to the trigger setup page. Choose BoldSign as the trigger app.

• Then choose a Webhook event as Sent and click the New step button.

• You will be directed to the Action page. Choose Slack as the action app.

• Choose action as Post message.

• Select your desired Channel Name and Message Text in their respective fields. Additionally, map any other details based on your specific requirements. Then click the Save button and test your flow.

• Now, you will get notified via Slack whenever new documents are sent for signature in BoldSign.
