How to integrate BoldSign with Monday.com using Power Automate?

Integrating BoldSign with Monday.com via Power Automate allows you to streamline document workflows, optimize task management, and boost productivity. By leveraging Power Automate, you can create automated triggers in BoldSign that initiate actions on Monday.com.
Follow the steps below to integrate BoldSign with Monday.com using Power Automate:

• Go to the Power Automate website and create an account if you do not have one.
• Once logged in, navigate to the Connections menu. Search for BoldSign in the Connections menu and add it as a connection.

• Then, click Create and go to My flows, then select New flow to begin building your workflow.

• The designer page will open. Disable the New designer button.

• On the trigger setup page, select BoldSign as the trigger app.

• Next, select a Webhook event as Completed to trigger the workflow whenever a document is completed. Then click the New step button to proceed.

• Set BoldSign as the action app and select Download Document as the action.

• Map the document ID in the Document ID field and click the New step button to move to the next action.

• In the operations section, select Monday.com as the action app.

• Then choose Create an update as the action to upload the completed documents to Monday.com.

• Configure Box parameters by entering details in the Workspace, Board, Group, Item and Body fields.

• Then click the Save button to finalize the integration.
• Now, when the signer completes the signing process in BoldSign, the completed document will automatically be stored on Monday.com.
