How to Remove the "Message from Sender" Field on the Signing Page in BoldSign?

In BoldSign, you have the option to send a common message to all recipients of a document via the Message from Sender field. If you prefer not to display any message to the signers, simply leave this field empty.

Follow the steps below to ensure the message from the sender is not shown to signers:

  • Click Create New and select Create New Document.

  • On the Prepare Document page, locate the Message from Sender field under Document Settings.
  • Ensure the Message from Sender field is left empty. This will ensure no message is shown to the signers during the signing process.

  • The Message from Sender field will not be displayed to the signers when they are signing the document.
