Can we remove the expired watermark from the document?

Once a document expires in BoldSign, it is automatically marked with an Expired watermark to indicate its status. This watermark cannot be removed from an expired document. However, you can download the document before it expires to retain a copy without the watermark.

Follow the steps below to download a document:

• Navigate to the Documents menu and select My Documents to access your documents.
• Click on the context menu of the document you want to download and select the Download document option.
• The document will be successfully downloaded to your device.

Alternatively, you can also download the document from the Overview page.
