Why am I getting messages about bulk links not being supported on my account?

If you are receiving notifications stating that bulk links are not supported on your account, it may be due to your current plan limitations. Below, we outline the key reasons and steps to resolve the issue.
Possible Reasons
- Plan Limitations
- Bulk Links are only available on the Business plan and higher. If you are on the Growth plan or Essential plan, Bulk Links will not be supported.
- To check your current plan, go to Settings > Subscription in your BoldSign account.
- Reaching Signature Limits
- If you have reached your plan’s signature request limit, any further Bulk Link requests will not be processed until your monthly quota resets or you upgrade to a higher plan.
- If your limit has been reached, your clients may receive an error message before you are notified.
How to Resolve the Issue
- Upgrade to a Supported Plan
- To continue using Bulk Links, upgrade to the Business plan from your Subscription page.

- Confirm Your Required Signature Requests
- If you frequently exceed the limit, consider estimating your monthly bulk signature needs and choosing a suitable plan.
- Bulk Link signature requests are charged at $0.25 per request in addition to the Business plan subscription.
