How to allow the signers to sign all the fields in one step?
When a document has several signature fields, it is difficult for signers to click and sign each field. To make it simple, you can enable the Enable Sign Everywhere option that allows the signers to fill out all the signature fields with a single click. This option is only applicable if the sender has enabled the sign everywhere option and also the signer has added the default signature and enabled the Apply saved signature in all signature fields by default option in his profile.
Enabling sign everywhere on the sender side
- Select the
Business Profile
under the Settings menu. - The business profile option is applicable only to the account administrator.
- Enable the
Enable Sign Everywhere
option by scrolling down. - Click the
Save changes
button after making your changes.
Enabling sign everywhere on the signer side
- Go to
Settings
and clickMy Profile
. - Scroll down to the signature field in the
Profile Details
section and add the signature.
- Then, click the
Settings
section and enable theApply saved signature in all signature fields by default
option under theSignature Settings
.
Signing all fields in one step
If the sender has enabled the Sign everywhere
option and the signer has enabled the Apply saved signature in all signature fields by default
option, all signature fields in the document will be automatically filled with the signer’s signature upon clicking on any of the signature fields once.
