How to auto-fill your saved signature in BoldSign?

BoldSign allows you to auto-fill your saved signature, saving time when signing multiple documents. By setting a default signature, you can avoid manually selecting it each time you sign. This feature is easy to use, and you can update your default signature whenever needed.
Follow the steps below to set your default signature:
- Click
Settings
and selectMy Profile
. - You can find the Manage Signature/Initials option at the end of the page.
- If you haven’t set your default signature, the signature field will be blank, with the option to add the default signature. Click the
signature box
field to set your preferred signature. - However, if you have already set a default signature, the signature field will display the selected default signature. To change the default signature, hover over the signature field and click the
Edit
option.

A dialog box will appear, displaying the different signature types available in BoldSign. You can choose from the text-generated style, draw your signature, or upload an image of your signature.

Click the
Save
button. Now, the default signature will be saved.
- When you open the document for signing, the default signature will be filled in automatically when you click the
Signature
field.
