Configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration with OneLogin using OpenID
This process enables the BoldSign application to integrate with OneLogin, allowing users to sign in seamlessly using Single Sign-On (SSO). Setting up SSO ensures that BoldSign remains secure and complies with your organization’s identity and access management policies.
Follow these steps to connect BoldSign with OneLogin using OpenID Connect (OIDC):
Create an OpenID App in OneLogin
- Sign in to your OneLogin.
- Navigate to
Applications
setting and click theAdd App
button at the top right of the page.
- Search for
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
and select it.
- Click
Save
to add the application.
Configure OpenID Settings in OneLogin

Navigate to the
Configuration
section.

In the
Redirect URI
section, enter the following URL for the BoldSign application:
https://account.boldsign.com/SSOLogin/SSOLoginCallback
This URL is where OneLogin will send the authentication response after the user logs in.
- Navigate to the
SSO tab
, where theClient ID
andClient Secret
are displayed. Copy theClient ID
, then clickShow Client Secret
to reveal and copy theClient Secret
.
- You can copy the issuer URL eg: https://{your-onelogin-subdomain}.onelogin.com/oidc/2. This is the Authority URL for SSO configuration in BoldSign.
Configure OneLogin Client ID and secret for BoldSign application using OpenID
- Sign in to the BoldSign application.
- Expand the
Settings
menu and select theSingle Sign-On
option. - On the Single Sign-On page, select the
Open Id option
. - Next, enter your OneLogin application Client ID and Client Secret in the designated fields.
- In the Authority section, enter the issuer URL for your OneLogin, using the following format: https://{your-onelogin-subdomain}.onelogin.com/oidc/2.
- Click
save
to apply your configuration.
Invite new users to join the BoldSign organization
- Go to the
users
page in your BoldSign admin account. - Click
Invite User
to add a new user. - Enter the email address of the user you want to invite, ensuring it is associated with your OneLogin account.
- After adding all necessary users, click
Add
, thenInvite
to send email invitations.
Accepting an invitation to join a BoldSign organization with SSO configuration
- Open your email inbox to access the invitation link.
- Click the invitation link to open the BoldSign sign-in page.
- Click
Log into your Organization’s Name
and you will be redirected to the configured provider site for login.
- You will be directed to the OneLogin login page. Enter your OneLogin credentials and click
Sign in
. - Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to the BoldSign account stay sign-in page. Click
Yes, Keep me signed in
to stay signed in.
- After selecting the required option, you will be directed to the Basic Info page where you need to fill in your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number fields. Then, click
Proceed
.
- You have now successfully logged into the BoldSign dashboard, where you can start using the application.
BoldSign application sign in with SSO
- Open BoldSign and click
Sign In with SSO
to proceed.
Continue
button to proceed.- You will be redirected to the OneLogin login page. Enter your OneLogin Username and Password, then click Sign In.
- After successfully logging in, you will be redirected to the BoldSign Stay signed in page. Click Yes to stay signed in for 30 days or No to skip.
- You will now be redirected to the BoldSign dashboard page.
