How to manage in-app notifications in the BoldSign mobile app?

In-app notifications are messages within the BoldSign mobile app that inform users about document updates or statuses. Users can view these notifications and take actions, such as marking them as read, clearing all notifications, or deleting individual notifications directly from the notification list.

Follow the steps below to manage in-app notifications in BoldSign:

• On the Dashboard screen, you’ll find the Notification icon at the top right corner.

• When you tap the icon, all notifications will be displayed.
• To mark a notification as read, tap on the notification message.
• To remove a notification from the list, tap the Close mark icon.

• To mark all notifications as read, click the Mark all as read option.

• To delete all notifications, click Clear all. This option will only appear if all messages have been read.

• Quick action buttons, such as Review Document and View Summary, allow you to perform actions instantly. For example, clicking the Review Document button will take you directly to the document for signing.
