How to download files and audit trail documents to a specific folder on your mobile device?

In BoldSign, once all signers have completed the signing process, the sender, signers, and CC recipients can download the signed document and its audit trail from the BoldSign mobile app on an Android device. Additionally, all participants will receive an email with a copy of the signed document immediately after the signing process is completed.

Follow the steps below to download files and audit trail documents to a specific folder on your Android device:

• Open the BoldSign mobile app on your mobile device.
• Click on the Documents icon at the bottom of the screen.

• On the My Documents page, find the document by either searching or scrolling through the list.
• Tap the context menu beside the document to display a list of options.

• Select either Download document or Download audit trail to proceed to the folder selection screen.
• By default, most Android devices save downloaded documents in the Downloads folder within internal storage.

• To choose a different folder for the downloaded document, tap the Menu Bar (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
• Select your device storage (this may be labeled as “Internal Storage” or the device name) on the left navigation panel to view all available folders.

• Choose your preferred folder and tap Save to complete the process.
