How is the permanent deletion of a document shown to CC recipients in BoldSign?
When a sender permanently deletes a document in BoldSign, it affects everyone who had access to that document — including CC (carbon copy) recipients.
The link they received earlier to view or download the document will no longer be functional. CC recipients will not receive any further notifications about the document, such as updates, reminders, or status changes.
Document access is removed
Once the sender deletes the document permanently,

The link that CC recipients received via email to view or download the document will stop working.

They will no longer be able to open or access the document in any way.
After deletion
CC recipients will not receive any more emails about the document,

This includes notifications about status updates, reminders, or completion messages.

The document is treated as if it never existed in the system.
When a document is permanently deleted in BoldSign, CC recipients generally will receive Email notification that the sender has deleted the document and to back up the document for future reference.
