How does document completion work for CC recipients once all parties have signed?

Published:
1 min read

Once all recipients, including primary signers, have completed the document in BoldSign, CC recipients are notified and can no longer interact with the document. They will typically receive a confirmation email, and the document will be marked as fully signed and completed.

1. Completion notification:

CC recipients will receive a notification via Email indicating that all recipients have completed the document. This notification confirms that the document has been fully executed, and no further action is needed from anyone.

2. Access to the final document:

After completion, CC recipients can view the final, signed version of the document. The email notification they receive will likely include a link to the final document so they can access it at any time.

3. No further action required:

CC recipients do not need to take any additional action once the document is completed. Their role is primarily to be informed about the document’s status, and they will receive the final copy once everything is done.

In essence, when all recipients have completed the document, CC recipients are notified, and they can view and store the final document, but they do not need to take any further action.
