In BoldSign, when a template is shared within a team, all relevant members are promptly notified through multiple channels. This ensures that everyone is aware of new templates and can take timely action.
Notification methods
To keep the team in sync, BoldSign provides the following notification methods when a template is shared:
1. Email notifications
Each team member receives an email notification as soon as a template is shared with them. This email typically includes important details about the shared template, such as the name of the template, who shared it, and any immediate actions required.
2. Dashboard notifications
In addition to email alerts, users logged into the BoldSign platform may also receive a notification within the application. These in-app alerts appear in the notifications tab, allowing users to stay updated without leaving the dashboard.
