How to avoid session timeout in BoldSign?
Session timeouts can disrupt your workflow, especially in BoldSign, where they may result from mismatched system time, inactivity, or other stability issues. To ensure uninterrupted access, you can customize the session timeout settings, extending session duration or adjusting configurations to meet your needs.
Enable the Keep me logged in option for continuous access
Follow the steps below to enable the Keep me logged In option when logging into your account:
- On the BoldSign login page, enter your email and password in their respective fields.
- Check the
Keep me logged in for 30 days
option and proceed with the login process.
- You will be redirected to the BoldSign dashboard page. You will stay logged in for 30 days, even if the session is inactive. Each time you access the BoldSign application, you will be automatically directed to the Dashboard page.

Syncing your system time to prevent session timeout errors
Prevent session timeout errors during login by ensuring your device’s system time is aligned with the correct network time.
If your system clock is off by more than 30 minutes—either ahead or behind—it can cause session issues.
Follow these steps to ensure your device updates the time automatically:
-
On Windows: Go to
Settings
→Time & Language
→Date & Time
→ EnableSet time automatically
. -
On macOS: Go to
System Settings
