Account roles and privileges in BoldSign

BoldSign offers various account roles for managing the e-signature workflow, each with its own set of privileges. Understanding each role and its permissions ensures that you can assign the most appropriate role to your teammates.

Types of account roles

There are three types of users in BoldSign, each with different permissions that can be assigned to users on your account.

  • Account Administrators: They can view and manage all documents in the account. They can only view document details for tracking purposes and will not have access to the actual document contents.

  • Team Administrators: They can view and manage details of all documents within their team.

  • Members: They can only view and manage their own documents.
