Yes, BoldSign provides the option to prevent a bulk link from expiring. This can be beneficial in cases where the same bulk link is used continuously, ensuring that signers do not face issues like sudden access denial due to expiration.

Disable the expiry option while creating a bulk link

  • Click the Create New button and select Create New Bulk Link. You will be directed to the Prepare Bulk Link Document page.
  • Fill in all the required fields and scroll down to the Settings section.
  • Locate the Expires in option and disable it. This prevents the bulk link from expiring.

Prevent Expiry

  • Click Next and complete the document creation process.

Disable the expiry option for an existing bulk link

  • Navigate to Bulk Links and select My Bulk Links.
  • Click on the bulk link that you want to modify.
  • In the Expires column, click Edit.
  • Disable the expiry by turning off the button.

Turnoff Expiry

  • Click Save.
  • The expiry date will now be displayed as Nil in the Expires column.
