How to prevent sending the final signed document to signers?

By default, BoldSign sends the final signed document to all signers via email. Account administrators can disable this option in the notification settings to prevent the final copy from being sent to signers.
Follow the below steps to prevent the final copy of a document from being sent to signers:
- Go to the
Settingsmenu and click theBusiness Profileoption. - You will be directed to the Business Profile page. Click the
Notificationstab where you will find the list of recipient and CC recipient notifications options. - Disable the
Document has been completed by all recipientsnotification under Recipient Notifications section.
- Then click the
Save changesbutton to save the changes. - Signers will not receive completion notifications or the signed document via email after this change.
- This will only apply to the documents created after disabling the
Document has been completed by all recipientsnotification. - Existing BoldSign users can still access completed documents via their dashboard, even if notifications are off.
