How to get bulk link document id?

The bulk link document ID is a unique identifier automatically generated when a bulk link is created. It helps users easily search, track, and manage specific bulk link documents within BoldSign.

Getting bulk link document ID

• Expand the Bulk Links menu on the dashboard and select My Bulk Links.
• You’ll be taken to the My Bulk Links page, which displays a list of all your bulk links.

• Locate the bulk link you need to access its document ID and click on it to open its Overview page.
• The bulk link document ID will be displayed at the top of this page.

Getting document ID for a specific signer in bulk links

• Navigate to the Overview page of the desired bulk link.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the list of responders.

• Find the signer whose document ID you need to access. Click the context menu (three dots) and select Overview.

• You will be redirected to the signer’s document overview page, where the Document ID is displayed at the top of the page.
