How do I remove the email subject line TEST from the signed document?

In BoldSign, when you send a document using the sandbox environment, the subject line will automatically include the label “TEST”. This helps clearly differentiate test documents from those sent in the live (production) environment. Please note that this label is system-generated and cannot be removed.

Also, keep in mind that documents created in the sandbox environment are not legally binding and will be automatically deleted after 14 days. This ensures the sandbox remains a safe space for testing without long-term data retention.
