How to change your profile name to business name in BoldSign?

In BoldSign, your profile name used for recipient identification and signing is set when you create your account. You can update this name at any time to reflect your business name.

Update your profile name in BoldSign

  1. Sign in to your BoldSign account.
  2. Go to Settings from the main menu.
  3. Select My Profile under the Settings menu.

My Profile

  1. In the Profile Details section, locate your name.
  2. Update your name
  • Edit the First Name and Last Name fields.
  • Enter your business name. You can either:
    • Use the full business name in one field, or
    • Split it across both fields.
  1. Click Save Changes.

Changes

  • Your updated name appears on your profile and is used for all new documents.

Add yourself as a recipient

  • When sending a document and including yourself as a signer, select Add Me. This ensures your updated profile name appears correctly in the recipient list.
