How do you change your profile name to your business name in BoldSign?

In BoldSign, your profile name—used for recipient identification and signing—is initially set during the account creation process. However, you can update this name at any time to reflect your business name.
Steps to update your profile name in BoldSign
- Log in to your BoldSign account.
- Navigate to the Settings tab located in the main menu.
- Click on My Profile under the Settings menu.
- On the My Profile page, you’ll see your current full name displayed under the Profile Details section.
- To update the name:
* Click into the First Name and Last Name fields.
* Enter your business name (you may place the full business name in either the First Name field or split it across both fields, as desired).
- After entering your new name, click Save Changes.
- Your updated name will now be displayed on your profile and visible to recipients in all new document transactions.
Adding Yourself as a Recipient
Whenever you send a document and want to include yourself as one of the signers, remember to click on the ‘Add Me’ button. This ensures that your updated profile name (your business name) is shown correctly in the recipient list.
