How to notify team members when a document is fully signed?

To ensure that all relevant team members are notified when a document is fully signed, you can add them as CC recipients during the document preparation process. This feature allows CC recipients to receive email notifications both when the document is sent and after the signing process is completed. Additionally, you can customize the types of notifications sent to CC recipients.

Follow the steps below to add CC recipients to your document:

  1. Click Create New and select the Create New Document option.
  2. You will be directed to the Prepare document for signing page. Upload the necessary files in the Add files section and specify the recipients.
  3. In the Add CC section, click and enter one or more email addresses separated by commas.
  4. Fill in all the required fields and click the Next button to proceed to the Configure fields page.
  5. On the Configure fields page, drag and drop the necessary form fields onto the document and send it for signature.

Once the document is sent, the CC recipient(s) will receive an email notification. They will also be notified when the signing process is completed.
