The Bulk Send feature in BoldSign enables you to send a single document to multiple recipients simultaneously. After sending, you can track the progress of each document directly from the My Bulk Send section.

Follow the steps below to view the progress of your bulk send documents:

  1. Navigate to bulk send
    • Expand the Bulk Send menu and select My Bulk Send.
    • You will be directed to the My Bulk Send page, which displays a list of all your bulk send documents.

  1. Review bulk send List
Each bulk send document is categorized based on the following details:

    • Title: Displays the title of each bulk send.
    • Roles: Shows the roles assigned to the bulk send.
    • Document Progress: Indicates the status of the bulk send documents.
    • Created On: Displays the timestamp when the bulk send was created.

  1. Check document progress
The Document Progress column provides a summary of the current status. Hover over the progress status to view a tooltip with the exact status:

    • Declined: The recipient has declined to sign the document.
    • Revoked: The document was manually revoked and is no longer active.
    • Expired: The document was not signed before its expiration date.
    • Failed: The document could not be sent. The sender receives an email with details about the failure, so they can fix the issue and resend it.
    • Queued: The document is waiting to be processed and has not yet been sent to the recipient. The status will update once it is sent.
    • Completed: The recipients has successfully signed and completed the document.

Status

  • The color of the circular progress bar changes based on the bulk send status to provide a clear visual indicator. When the bulk send is fully completed, the progress bar turns green. If the bulk send is revoked, it turns red. For a bulk send that is partially completed, the progress bar appears partially filled, reflecting the ongoing process.
