How to configure notifications for the sender identity?

In BoldSign, you can configure which email notifications are sent to a sender identity. This allows you to control the specific updates the sender identity receives throughout the document signing process.
Follow the steps below to set notifications for a sender identity:
- From the Dashboard, expand the
API
menu and selectSender Identities
. - You will be taken to the Sender Identities page, where a list of all added sender identities is displayed.
- Locate and select the sender identity for which you want to configure email notifications, then click the context menu
- Choose the
Email Notification
option.
- Turn on the
Email Notification
option, then select or clear the checkboxes to enable or disable specific types of notifications. - To enable all notifications, simply select
Select All
.
- For example, if you want the signed document to be included as an attachment in the completion email, select
Include signed document as an attachment
.
- Once you’ve made your selections, click
Save
to apply the changes.
If you include signed documents as an attachment and the completed document is larger than 5 MB, it will not be attached to the email. Instead, the sender identity will receive an email with a link to download the document.
