BoldSign’s Unlimited Users feature, available exclusively in the Premium plan, allows organizations to add as many team members as needed to a single account without paying extra for each user. This makes it a perfect solution for large teams and growing businesses that require flexible and scalable collaboration.

Key benefits of unlimited users in the Premium plan

  • Definition: Unlimited Users means you can invite and manage any number of team members within a single BoldSign account. Unlike other plans (such as Growth or Business), which charge per user, the Premium Plan offers a flat monthly fee.
  • Flat Monthly Fee:
    • Pay $99/month total, not per user.
    • No need to manage individual licenses or worry about overage charges.
  • Unlimited Templates & Brands:
    • Create and reuse as many templates as needed.
    • Customize branding for different departments or clients.
  • Access Control: Admins can assign roles (Admin, Member) and configure permissions for tasks like sending documents, creating templates, and accessing reports.
  • Collaboration Benefits:
    • Share templates, documents, and workflows across the team.
    • Multiple users can collaborate on the same document, including preparing and reviewing signature requests.
  • Advanced Business Features:
    • Includes bulk send, SMS/WhatsApp signature requests, ID verification, and Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES).
    • Supports custom branding, SSO, custom roles and permissions, and detailed audit trails.
  • Usage Limits:
    • Includes 250 signature requests/month, shared across all users.

Just go to the Users page, click Invite Users, and follow the prompts.

How to add users via SSO

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), BoldSign supports automatic user authentication via identity providers like Azure AD, Okta, or Google Workspace.
Once configured, users can log in using their organization credentials via the Sign in with SSO option on the login page.
