How to save the current progress while signing the document on mobile app?

In the BoldSign mobile app, you can pause the signing process and resume later without losing any information you’ve already entered. This allows you to save your progress mid-signing and continue at your convenience.

Follow the steps below to save a document and resume signing later:

• Log in to your BoldSign mobile app account.
• Tap the Documents icon on the bottom navigation bar to access your list of documents.

• Locate the document that requires your signature and tap the Sign now option.

• You will be taken to the signing page. Read and agree to the terms and conditions displayed at the bottom, then tap Continue to proceed.
• Tap the Start Signing option at the bottom of the screen to begin filling in the required form fields.
• If you wish to pause and resume later, tap the context menu at the top-right corner and select the Save option.

• A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the document has been successfully saved.
• When you reopen the same document, all previously entered information will be retained, allowing you to continue and complete the signing process.
