How to skip the current signing process and resume later on mobile app?

In the BoldSign mobile app, you can exit the signing process at any point and resume later without losing any information you’ve already entered. This feature ensures that your progress is saved, allowing you to complete the signing when it’s convenient.

Follow the steps below to save a document and resume signing later:

• Log in to your BoldSign mobile app account.
• Tap the Documents icon on the bottom navigation bar to access your list of documents.

• Locate the document that needs your signature and tap the Sign Now option.

• You will be taken to the signing page. Read and agree to the terms and conditions displayed at the bottom, then tap Continue to proceed.
• Tap the Start Signing option at the bottom of the screen to begin filling in the required form fields.
• If you wish to pause and resume later, tap the context menu at the top-right corner and select the Finish later option.

• A confirmation screen will appear with a message indicating that your progress has been saved and you can finish signing later.
• If you don’t have any other pending documents to sign, tap the Go to Dashboard button to return to the dashboard.
• If you have other pending documents, tap either Sign next document to continue signing or I’ll sign later to return to the dashboard.

• When you reopen the skipped document later, all previously entered information will remain intact, allowing you to continue and complete the signing process.
