How to enable Salesforce integration in your account?

BoldSign seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, enabling your team to send documents for e-signature, track their status in real time, and manage signed agreements directly within the Salesforce platform.

Open BoldSign settings
- Expand the
Settingsmenu and chooseIntegrationto access the integration page.
- Expand the

Find and enable Salesforce
- Locate the
Salesforcecard in the list of available integrations and click theEnablebutton.
- Locate the

Review integration details
- A confirmation dialog will appear, showing any additional charges that may apply based on your current plan.

Confirm activation
- If you agree with the terms, click
Yes, Enableto activate the integration.
- If you agree with the terms, click
For Trial plans, there are no additional charges for using the Salesforce integration.
- Start using Salesforce integration
- Once enabled, you can send, sign, and monitor documents directly within Salesforce.
- You can also access BoldSign inside Salesforce by clicking the AppExchange link available in the Salesforce integration card.
Disable integration
- If you ever need to disconnect Salesforce, just click the
Disablebutton on the Salesforce integration card. - Once Salesforce is disabled, the integration will stop working and cannot be used until re‑enabled.
