How to enable Salesforce integration in your account?

BoldSign integrates with Salesforce to help your team send documents for signing, track their progress, and manage signed agreements directly within the Salesforce platform.

  1. Open BoldSign settings

    • Expand the Settings menu and choose Integration to access the integration page.
  2. Find and enable Salesforce

    • Locate the Salesforce card in the list of available integrations and click the Enable button.

  1. Review integration details

    • A confirmation dialog will appear, showing any additional charges that may apply based on your current plan.
  2. Confirm activation

    • If you agree with the terms, click Yes, Enable to activate the integration.

  1. Start using Salesforce integration

    • Once enabled, you can send, sign, and monitor documents directly within Salesforce.
  2. Disable integration (Optional)

    • If you ever need to disconnect Salesforce, just click the Disable button on the Salesforce integration card.
