How to replace the uploaded document on mobile app?

The BoldSign mobile app allows you to replace an uploaded document during the creation process. This ensures that only the correct and updated file is sent for signing, keeping your workflow accurate and organized.

Follow the steps below to replace the existing file and upload a new one.

  • On the dashboard page, tap the + button on the bottom navigation bar to display the Create New screen, then select the Create New Document option.

  • You will be navigated to the Upload Documents screen. Tap the Upload documents button to upload files.

  • To replace the file, tap the context menu next to the specified file name and choose the Replace option.

  • Then, proceed to upload the required file by clicking the Upload documents button.

  • The new file will be uploaded successfully. You can then proceed to add recipients, configure fields, and send the document for signature.
