How to reorder the uploaded documents on mobile app?

In the BoldSign mobile app, users can easily reorder multiple uploaded documents before sending them out for signature. This ensures that the files appear in the correct sequence, helping maintain clarity and a smooth signing experience.

Follow the steps below to reorder the uploaded documents:

  • On the dashboard page, tap the + button on the bottom navigation bar to display the Create New screen, then select the Create New Document option.

  • You will be navigated to the Upload Documents screen. Tap the Upload Documents button to upload multiple files.

  • When multiple files are uploaded, a notification alert appears at the top of the screen, instructing you to touch and hold a file, then drag it up or down to reorder.
  • To reorder the files, touch and hold the desired document, then drag it to the required position in the list.

Reorder documents

  • Once the files are arranged correctly, you can proceed to add recipients, configure fields, and send the document out for signature.
