How to bulk send signature requests using SMS + Email?

Published:
3 mins read

BoldSign’s Bulk Send feature enables users to send signature requests to multiple recipients simultaneously using a CSV file. When the SMS & Email method is selected as a delivery method, each signer receives the request via text message and email. This dual-channel approach increases visibility and ensures faster completion of documents.

To use SMS + Email delivery, you must first create a template with both delivery methods enabled for each recipient role.

Create a template with SMS and Email delivery

Follow the steps below to create a template with SMS and Email delivery:

  • Click Create New and select Create New Template.
  • On the Prepare Template page, provide the template title and description, and upload the document to be signed.
  • In the Add Recipient section, define the roles.
  • For each role, expand the Delivery Options and select both SMS & Email as delivery methods.
