How to show the QES signature badge on signed documents?

In BoldSign, the QES Signature Badge offers visual confirmation that a signature is a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) verified by a trusted provider. This badge appears below the signature and includes verification details that support its legal authenticity. It also contains the timestamp showing the exact moment the signer placed their signature, adding an extra layer of traceability.

Follow the steps below to enable and show the QES Signature Badge:

• From the Dashboard, expand the Settings menu and select the Business Profile option.
• Scroll down to the Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) section.
• Locate the Show QES Signature Badge option and toggle it on. Enabling this ensures that a badge with verification details appears below each signature, confirming it as a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) verified by the provider.

• Once enabled, any document signed using QES will display the badge below the signature, indicating its verification status.
