How to manage bulk send documents in trash?
In BoldSign, when you delete a bulk send, whether completed, declined, revoked, or expired, the entire bulk send is not removed permanently right away. Instead, it is moved to the Trash section, where it stays for 30 days before being automatically and permanently deleted.
During this 30-day window, you can restore the bulk sends or delete them forever.
Access permissions in trash
Account Adminscan view and manage all deleted bulk sends created by anyone in the organization.Team Adminscan view and manage deleted bulk sends created by members of their team.Memberscan only view and manage the bulk sends they deleted themselves.
Manage bulk send documents in trash
Follow the steps below to manage deleted bulk sends in Trash:
- From the BoldSign dashboard, go to the
Bulk Sendmenu and choose theTrashoption. - You will be navigated to the Bulk Send Trash page, where a list of all deleted bulk sends is visible.
- Use the Search bar at the top to quickly find a specific bulk send by name, sender, or recipient.
- To restore or permanently delete a single bulk send, hover over the bulk send row and click the
context menuon the right. - Select the
RestoreorDelete foreveroptions.
- To restore or permanently delete multiple bulk sends, select the checkboxes next to the desired bulk sends or use the top checkbox to select all.
- Click
RestoreorDelete Foreverat the top of the page.
- You can also view or manage individual documents inside a bulk send by clicking the bulk send.
- You will be taken to the bulk send details page, where you can open and handle each recipient’s document as needed.

Bulk Send documents moved to the Trash are retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
This 30-day retention period is not affected by the document deletion policy configured under the Business Profile Settings section.
