How to manage bulk links in trash?
In BoldSign, when you delete a bulk send link, it isn’t removed immediately. Instead, it is automatically moved to the Trash section, where it remains for 30 days before being permanently deleted. This applies to bulk sends with any status, such as active, inactive, or expired.
You can restore or permanently delete these bulk links at any time during the 30-day period.
Access permissions in trash
Account Adminscan view and manage all deleted bulk links created by anyone in the organization.Team Adminscan view and manage deleted bulk links created by members of their team.Memberscan only view and manage their own bulk links that they deleted themselves.
Manage bulk links in trash
Follow the steps below to manage bulk links in trash:
- From the BoldSign dashboard, expand the
Bulk Linkmenu on the left sidebar and selectTrash. - You will be taken to the Trash page, which lists all deleted bulk links.
- You can use the Search bar at the top to quickly find a specific bulk link by name or recipient.
- To restore or permanently delete a single bulk link, hover over the bulk link row.
- Click the
context menuat the end of the selected template row. - Select
RestoreorDelete Foreverbased on your needs.
- To restore or permanently delete multiple bulk links, select the checkboxes next to the desired bulk links.
- Click
RestoreorDelete foreverat the top of the page based on your needs.

Bulk links moved to the Trash are retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
This 30-day retention period is not affected by the document deletion policy configured under the Business Profile Settings section.
