How to delete an account on mobile app?

In the BoldSign mobile app, account admins can permanently delete their organization’s account directly from their mobile devices. This process removes all data and users linked to the account, and once completed, it cannot be reversed.
Important notes before deleting an account
Before you begin the deletion process, please note the following:
- Only the account admin can delete the account.
- Deleting the account permanently removes all documents, templates, user information, and other configured settings.
- A permanently deleted account cannot be restored or reactivated.
- All users associated with the account will be deleted along with their data.
- The deletion process takes 7 days to complete.
- You can cancel the deletion within the 7-day pending period.
Deleting an account
Follow these steps to delete your BoldSign account as an account admin:
- From the dashboard, tap the
Profileicon to open the Profile screen.
- Alternatively, you can open the Profile screen by tapping the
Menu barat the top-left corner and selectingSettings.
- In the Profile options, select
Account settings.
- Tap
Delete accountfrom the Account Settings screen.
- Confirm the deletion by tapping the
Yes, deletebutton.
- After confirmation:
- Your account is scheduled for deletion after 7 days.
- During this period, you still have access to your account until it is permanently removed.
Canceling a pending deletion
If you decide not to proceed with the deletion:
- Open
Account Settingswithin the 7-day time frame. - Tap
Cancel deletion.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
- Your deletion request will be reversed, and your account will remain active.
