Select Allowed Countries for Identity Verification

  • Expand the Settings menu and select the Business Profile option to go to the Business Profile page.

  • On the Business Profile page, under the Settings tab, scroll down to locate the ID Verification Settings.

  • Then select the countries you want to allow for ID verification by clicking the dropdown arrow.

  • Only signers from these selected countries will be verified. For instance, if your organization only operates in the US and UK, you can restrict the list to those two countries. Any ID issued outside these countries will be rejected automatically.
