Creating bulk links

Bulk Links are used for scenarios where you would like to have many people sign an identical contract separately over a period. The number of people signing the contract or their identity need not be known when the bulk link is configured. Once a bulk link is active, anyone with access to that URL can sign the contract. A limitation is that there can only be one signer in the document. This is ideal for scenarios like a new employee needing to sign an NDA, the same link can be given to every new employee when they join. The process to create Bulk Links is outlined below:
- Click
Create New
and select theCreate New Bulk Link
option, or you can select theNew Bulk Link
option fromMy Bulk Links
. - You will be taken to the
Prepare Bulk Link Document
page. - Enter the bulk link document title in the
Title
field, and also add the welcome message and the acknowledgment message in the respective fields.
- Then, add files in the
Add file(s)
section and role in theRecipient Role
column. - You can see the options like
Select Brand
,Allow signers to re-assign
,Limit responses
, andExpires in
under the Settings section. In the Limit responses field, you can limit the responses and restrict the number of users who can sign. - Then, make the changes as needed, and click
Next
.
- On the form fields page, add the required fields and click
Create Bulk Link
. - The Bulk link will be successfully created and the URL link and Embed code will be generated.
- Now, you can share the link with the signers. Anyone who has access to that link can sign the contract.
- When the signer opens the link, they will be prompted to enter their
Name
andEmail ID
.
- Once entered, a verification code will be sent to their email ID to ensure that they have access to the specified email address.
- After entering the verification code, they will be allowed to sign the document.
- Once the signing process is completed, the confirmation message will be displayed as shown below.
