How to download template documents on the mobile app?

The BoldSign mobile app allows you to download any template document directly to your device. You can choose to download the document with or without form field values, depending on your needs.

Follow the steps below to download a template document from the mobile app:

• Tap the Templates icon, and you will be redirected to the All Templates screen.
• This screen displays a list of all your templates, including those you created and those shared with you.

• Locate the template whose document you want to download, then tap its context menu (three vertical dots).
• Choose the Download document option from the list of menu options.

• When you select Download document, a dialog will appear with two options: Without form field values and With form field values.
  • If you select Without form field values, the downloaded template document will not include any form fields or their default values. The document will appear clean and free of fields.
  • If you choose With form field values, the downloaded template document will include all form fields and any default values that were predefined.
• After selecting your preferred download option, tap the Download button in the dialog box to proceed to the folder selection screen.

• To choose a different folder for saving your document, tap the Menu Bar (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
• Select your device storage from the left navigation panel to view all available folders.
• Choose your preferred folder and tap Save to complete the download process.
