BoldSign and Salesforce Integration

The Salesforce and BoldSign integration enables users to send, track, and manage eSignature documents directly from Salesforce using BoldSign, removing the need to switch between applications.

With this integration, users can initiate signature requests directly from Salesforce records, use predefined BoldSign templates or create new ones, and track document progress in real time. Each document is automatically linked to the appropriate Salesforce record, improving visibility, streamlining workflows efficiently.

BoldSign account requirements

To activate and use the BoldSign integration with Salesforce, the admin must have one of the following BoldSign plans:

  • Business Plan (Trial or Paid)
  • Premium Plan (Trail or Paid)

To use this feature, the Salesforce Add-on must be enabled. Additional charges are applicable.
