How to search documents or templates using natural language in mobile app?
BoldSign now offers an AI-powered search feature in the mobile app, allowing you to find documents and templates using natural language. This eliminates the need for complex filters and provides a more seamless search experience.
Example: “Show documents I created last week tagged HR.”
Searching documents

On the Document Listing screen, tap the Search icon in the app bar to open the search panel.

Tap the AI icon to switch from the standard search to *AI Search mode

In the AI search box, type what you’re looking for in plain language. Example: Show documents tagged ‘HR’.

The app will display the most relevant documents on the listing screen.

Tap the Pin icon to save this search as a filter on your dashboard.

Use the Clear Search icon to remove the applied filter at any time.
Searching templates
You can search templates the same way:
- Go to any Templates screen and tap the Search icon in the app bar to begin your search.
Note: This feature is available only on the Business and higher plans.
