How to log in and log out of the BoldSign browser extension?

You can log in to and log out of the BoldSign browser extension using the steps below.

Log in to the extension

• After installing the extension, click the BoldSign extension icon in your browser.

• The login page appears as shown in the screenshot below.

• Click Sign In.
• A new window opens prompting you to enter your account credentials.

• When prompted for authorization, click Allow to complete the log-in process.

• If you are already logged in to the BoldSign web app in your browser, you will not be asked to enter your credentials again and will be redirected to the authorization page.
• Once completed, you will be successfully signed in to the extension.

Session behavior

• Your session remains active based on usage activity.
• If the extension is inactive for 44 days, you will be automatically logged out.
• The inactivity timer resets each time you use the extension.

Log out of the extension

You can log out using either of the following methods:

• Click the Log out button in the top-right corner of the extension.

• Open the menu (top-left corner) and select Log out.
