How to change expiration dates for Bulk Send envelopes?
BoldSign now supports updating the expiration date for Bulk Send envelopes, enabling senders to manage signing timelines more effectively after documents have been sent.
Changing the expiration date for bulk send envelopes?
Follow the steps below to update the expiration date for a bulk send envelope.
Step 1: Navigate to bulk send
- Make sure that you are the sender or owner of the document.
- From the left navigation panel in your BoldSign dashboard, select
Bulk Send. - Click
My Bulk Sendto view your bulk send requests.
Step 2: Select the bulk send request
- Locate the bulk send request for which you want to change the expiration date.
- Click the
context menunext to the corresponding bulk send request and selectExtend Expiry.
Step 3: Update the expiration date
- In the pop-up window, select the new expiration date for all pending documents.
Step 4: Save changes
- Click
Saveto apply for the new expiration date. - The updated expiration date will be applied to all pending envelopes under the selected bulk send request.
