How to log out of your BoldSign account?

Logging out (signing out) of BoldSign securely ends your active session. This helps protect your account and documents, especially when using shared or public devices.

Why logging out is important?

Logging out helps you:

  • Prevent unauthorized access to your documents and settings.
  • Safely switch between multiple BoldSign accounts.
  • Protect your account on shared or public computers.

What happens when you log out?

When you log out of your account:

  • Your current session ends immediately.
  • You are redirected to the login page.
  • You must sign in again using your email address, password, and verification code (if enabled).
  • Other users on the same device cannot access your account.

Steps to log out

  1. In the BoldSign Dashboard, click your Profile icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Logout from the menu.
  3. You will be redirected to the login screen.

Always log out after using BoldSign on shared or public devices to keep your account secure.
