How to edit the signer details in a bulk link?

In BoldSign, you can edit a signer’s details for an existing bulk link to update recipient information, such as the signer’s name or email address. This helps ensure accuracy and allows documents sent via the bulk link to reach the correct recipients without recreating the link.
When can you edit signer details?
You can edit signer details if:
- The bulk link is still active.
- The signer has not completed the signing process.
Once a signer completes the signing process, certain details may no longer be editable.
Steps to edit signer details in a bulk link
- Go to the Bulk Links menu and select
My Bulk Links.
- Locate the bulk link you want to update and click it to open the Bulk Link Overview page.
- Scroll down to the
Responderssection at the bottom of the page. This section lists all signers who have accessed or signed the document using the bulk link. - Hover over the signer whose details you want to edit and click the context menu (⋮) at the end of the signer’s row.
- Select
Overviewto open the signer’s overview page.
- On the overview page, click the context menu (⋮) and select
Edit recipient.
- Update the required signer details, provide a reason for the change, and click
Sendto apply the changes and notify the updated signer.
- A reason is required when editing signer details for audit and tracking purposes.
- Changes apply only to in‑progress documents sent via the bulk link.
